- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time it is charged for work and not per hour it is much better because the time taken by the project will not change the price that was given to the client and of course they can always ask for discounts for being the first customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They communicate with us and we help them in their projects, we explain everything to them and give free estimates
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an electrician's license and I have been working in home remodeling for about 8 years.
