- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We come with an upfront pricing model that gives you our best price for the job. This price normally includes tear up and haul away of your current floor, furniture move, and any sub floor prep we may encounter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are all about convenience for our customers! We find a time that works for you and your schedule. We arrive on time, and bring over 3000 samples in our mobile showroom to find our customers a floor they will love.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each one of our design associates goes through more than 100 hours of training before we allow them into a customers home. We also get continuous training throughout the year. That means, that we are up to date on style, color, texture, and the new benefits of all of our flooring projects.
