- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have two aspects of our business that we do really well in. The first is home staging owner occupied homes. We will suggest staging techniques and working with personal effects and furniture that is already in the home. We will provide a comprehensive report of what needs to be removed in the cluttered. Also, we offer Interior color choice consultations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the homeowners and complete a walk-through of the house. You will receive a comprehensive report of items for decluttering and space planning. I also offer services to come in and Stage and D clutter the home. I will work with your personal effects and make suggestions to enhance the visibility of the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many design accreditation’s also a degree in interior design. I have been highly trained with color, matching and color selections. Have much experience with recycling, reusing, and repurposing items in a home. I am one of the best stagers working with occupied homes.
