This company is truly a diamond in the rough, but they are going to be huge! Their customer service is on another level...the kind of service that makes you feel like a celebrity or something. Charm is a fairly new company, but if they maintain their high level of quality and service, they will become the cleaning company to beat!
I absolutely loved my cleaner (Brandi), she was amazing, and I even received a call from the owner (Tiffany Lightner) thanking me and checking in with me. I will definitely use Charm Legacy Cleaners DFW again...IF I CAN GET ON THEIR CALENDAR!!!

If you want a great professional home cleaner Tiffany is the person you want to hire. I love that she was prompt to my request and attentive to all my cleaning concerns. She came into my home, and right away we connected. These days you have to be very careful about who you allow in your home. She went right to work, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time…

Charm Legacy Cleaners are the best at what they do. I'm a wife with 2 kids that keep me busy. The fact I can now take cleaning off my to-do list is okay in my book.
The staff are so nice and did an amazing job cleaning my home.
