Watson Wood Flooring installed 1400 sq feet in my home - built in 1955. The old carpet & padding, furniture were removed prior to contractor starting. The homes wall molding presented a longer and more complex process - halls, 5 closets, 2 bedrooms were done. Watson Flooring did not take any "short cuts". They explained how it had to be done correctly. The flooring was installed in 3-4 days. All labor was cleaned up daily. Johnathan Watson was enjoyable, efficient, & skilled. Watson crew were very respectful of property - no collateral damage. My dogs were comfortable with contractors in the home. Enjoying the experience has made enjoying the finished floors an everyday pleasure.

The work: approximately 800sq ft of sanding and restraining an old oak floor in a 1950's home. I've hired many a subcontractor in my life and every once in a while you latch onto one that makes an impact on you! Jonathan immediately responded to my inquiry, quoted a fair price, communicated regularly to coordinate his work with mine, then started work and put forth a magnificent effort over 4 days. The floor absolutely looks brand new. WATSON WOOD FLOORS gets my highest recommendatio. And as a general contractor I will not hesitate to use him in the future.
