Valerie and her team swept in and cleaned up on short notice! I couldn’t be happier with their prompt responses and a job well done all in little to no notice. Definitely recommend!

Val did an excellent job. This was my first time using her service. She arrived at my house and we did a quick walk-through on what needed the most attention. She specified the approximate time and asked questions on any preferences I had with cleaners or moving my personal items for easier cleaning. Once she was done we again did a walk-through to show me the outstanding job she performed. I agreed to continue using her cleaning service and set up a schedule for her to come out and tidy up my house.

Val arrived ahead of schedule. After a walk through of the house so she could see what needed to be done, she got to work. She did an amazing job! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thorough cleaning or even a monthly service.

Val was very prompt and ready to clean. We did a walk through of the house and she started right in. It took her 3 hours to clean our house and she did a very good job at details. She is very reasonable with her rates and very friendly customer service oriented. Her hours of availability are a draw back only available after 5 pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. But that being said, she worked around us but was here till 8:30 pm. I would recommend her services. I will be using her on a 2-3 week basis.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will text or call to advise when I am heading to your home to give the heads up. Upon arrival will walk through the home to get specifics. After completion customer and myself will walk through and make sure all needs have been met.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Most standard cleaning's of one bedroom/one bath will take approximately 1 hour for completion and 2 bedroom/2bath approximately 2hrs.
