Not a push salesman, and not one in a rush to get you to sign the paperwork. Sam carefully studied and measured our home and then patiently taught us the history of foundation repair through today. I walked away not only knowing something must be done, but what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and how much it would cost. Pricing was reasonable for the task at hand. We had a great experience with Olshan. I had a few concerns and wanted someone to come out. Spencer arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time. We walked on the outside and inside of my house and showed my areas of concern. Spencer explained everything and told me I did not need a foundation repair. He also showed me what to look for to determine if it gets to the point where I would need a repair. We discussed some things I can do to help keep my foundation in good shape. All in all, I got a lot of information and a lot of piece of mind.
