- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an hourly rate for small projects and a flat rate for larger projects, which turns out to be more economical for the client. Please contact me for pricing. I also offer full service printing through my trade contacts, please contact me for special printing quotes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Designing marketing materials (brochures, media kits, direct mail etc), logo design, packaging design and website work are most common projects.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It is a very skilled profession that not only takes technical expertise, but more importantly takes the right kind of person who can think creatively and communicate that effectively. A lot of folks call themselves 'designers' but have no business being in the field really. A good designer will also try and educate you in the process of the project.
