- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer we answer all the questions they have over the phone, once they feel comfortable with us and they know that we have the expertise to their project then we set up an appointment to look at the project. We do not like to rush our clients to make a decision our service is to full fill all their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the last years of working on the field we have collect different state and national certifications. BPI Building Professional Analyst ( New constructions ) PVT- EH Performance verification technician ( Existing homes ) HERS
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started eight years ago thinking of making houses more energy efficient while keeping the comfort of the building or home.
