Our showroom is in Dallas and showcases a variety of our lighting products. We provide everything from accent lighting, to general purpose lighting, to landscape and decorative chandeliers.
We manufacture our own lighting products and sell direct to the public. Our factory direct business model allows us not not only have the best pricing, but it also allows our technicians to have a much more in-depth understanding of the lighting products we are installing in your home or business. This not only saves time and money on the install, but it dramatically lowers chances of a call back because of a problem.
Our call backs are almost always for more lights!!!

Wow I am so happy with my light install! I had a specific idea in mind and while other companies told me it couldn’t be done or that it would be too complicated, LED City gave me solutions and pulled through! They were very communicative and knowledgeable, I’ll definitely use them for my future light needs!

Overall I had a terrific experience at LED city. The staff was remarkably knowledgeable about my particular use case for my property. They actually offered me a much better solution which was more cost feasible, so I ended up saving money on the product as well as the electricity bills. I wish I would have done this a long time ago. The folks that are working here are honest, reliable, and most importantly have a fantastic product and customer service. I will definitely be coming back for more business in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending upon complexity, hours on job, distance to job site, and materials needed. We can come out to quote a project, or with clear enough imagery / videos and an explanation of the scope of work, we can quote without a visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process entails LED CITY understanding the scope of the work and the end-vision the client wishes to make reality.
We then will quote the project. Upon approval, we will schedule the day(s) needed to complete the project.
The last and most crucial step is ensuring the client is 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are trained to install all of our lighting products and many of the most typical lighting products found on the market today.
