We hired Rickey and his partner Candace for putting up a chain link fence, some repairs on a wall in the garage that had some fire damage, and house cleaning in order to put our house on the market. He misquoted and overcharged me for a ten foot piece of fencing that he did not properly install. The house cleaning was a joke. Since the house was already empty I left them a key. When I arrived to inspect the work my front door was open with the heater turned up to 75. One bedroom looked liked it had been cleaned and the ceiling fans. We had agreed on all carpets ( for an extra fee and my shampooer) would be steamed cleaned, all walls and ceilings dusted, appliances cleaned and floors mopped. It appeared they tried to mop the kitchen but it left a residue. Nothing else had been done. They also took some concrete cleaner we left them to use( which they did not) and misplaced my house key. The garage wall was tore apart and left that way. I would not hire these two for anything if you want it done right. I made the mistake of paying for the house cleaning up front. Needless to say I'm out $700 for all they were hired for
