I had a fantastic experience with Lock Boss Locksmith. Neil arrived right on time and was incredibly professional from start to finish. He rekeyed our locks and installed a single-sided deadbolt (privacy lock) quickly and efficiently. I was especially impressed that he cleaned up the workspace entirely after completing the job. It’s rare to find that level of detail! I’m very impressed with his professionalism and highly recommend their services.

Lock Boss did a great job, kept in touch and asked for pictures to confirm what they needed to bring before hand to get the work done faster. They also did a follow up to confirm everything was working fine and to make adjustments to make it even better.
Neil really helped me select the right electric locks for my door and needs. He helped me get the most for my money. The installation was very professional and fast. Neil took the time to explain how the locks work, installed the app with us, and gave us all the information we need to be safe!

We offer discounts for everyone and we have excellent pricing. We’re a family owned business and we’re here to help our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first contact the customer and ask them more about their project. I give them a price and if they accept the price, I request their name phone number and location. Then I called 10 minutes prior to arriving. I asked for their ID and have them sign our receipt and explain my process Prior to starting
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years experience in all locksmithing including automotive
