Lydia was instrumental in closing a very difficult real estate transaction. The other realtor had been very hostile, suspicious, and difficult to deal with, constantly accusing me and my client of trying to deceive them. It had been dragging on for weeks. Lydia met with her, and we were able to finalize the contract in less than an hour. Lydia is wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend her for her excellent mediation skills.
