Military Movers

This is very untrue. The truth is a completely different story. I am sorry it turned out like that. We tried our best to be civil with you guys and make you happy. You said 2nd floor and it was 3rd, so I ate that and waived the stair fee, STILL NOT HAPPY, and then because of the time your husband wasted complaining about the $40 stair charge, he was then angry because as I stated on the telephone, the clock starts when we arrive and he had wasted 30 minutes. I now WAIVED that time and re started his time at 9AM, and he was still mad and wasted another 30 min. At this point of course the company and the movers are annoyed and said lets call it done. So we then proceeded to let you guys know there is a fuel charge, because we did drive 45 miles; and you REFUSED AGAIN to pay that. Pretty much from what we gather you guys just didn't want to pay. WE DO NOT HAVE HIDDEN FEES. Also, as far the "thuggish gang looking guy" All of our employees go through an extensive background check. Perhaps, you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Tattoos do not mean your in a gang. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS!
