At the time of booking, a signed service agreement was completed that clearly outlined our scheduling policies, including the non-refundable deposit policy that secures labor, truck availability, and reserved scheduling time. Even after the cancellation, we still attempted to accommodate you by offering alternative scheduling options and trying to work you back into an already full schedule as a courtesy.
