- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on time. I don’t charge for how deep or light the pressure is or the modalities that I use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking what is the reason for the massage for example to relieve pain, relax, etc. For pain relief, most of the time is used to figure out what’s causing the problem but I also focus on basic problematic areas so you can leave feeling better. By the second visit I will know what needs to be worked on and focus on it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied massage with a variation of modalities at Hands on Therapy. I am also certified in prenatal massage.
