- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing Is consistent for the amount of stamps and or signatures. However pricing Is also dependent on distance traveled to the appointment. All of this will be confirmed during the setting of the appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically once we have established contact I like to first iron out details of time and place that works for parties involved. Then we can confirm the price, followed closely by any special instructions needed when arriving on the premises. All that’s left Is to complete the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified and trained by the National Notary Association in the state of Texas. As well as a certified Signing Agent with 100’s of signings under my belt!
