Robin was awesome to work with and so helpful getting some legal documentation taken care of and notarized. She was friendly but professional, very patient and kind. Working with senior citizens can sometimes prove challenging for a myriad of reasons but she navigated the situation with ease and respect. Would highly recommend her!!

I have used mobile notary's for years as a loan officer, but I had no idea that when Robin showed up I was getting notary with a legal background! Signing or will and trust documents, Robin went through them with a fine tooth comb, and even brought a witness along for us to use since we could only line one up! I provide EXCEPTIONAL service with the LOWEST price GUARANTEED
My fee is based on time, gas, number of signatures and the Thumbtack lead cost as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out immediately usually within a minute both via text and Thumbtack messages. I feel my customers appreciate a quick response.
Next, a discussion with the client outlining the needs and scope of the job. I’m usually available same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being an appointed notary of the state of Texas, I’ve also been a licensed insurance broker for 30 years. I’ve reviewed and executed thousands of contracts. I believe years of experience has made me very proficient in handling documents of great sensitivity.
