- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can differ based on distance traveled and time of day. Traffic is a lot heavier in the afternoon/evening, so it takes much longer to get to client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically reply to client within 1 minute of contacting me. After a price is agreed upon, I travel to whatever address the client needs me to come to. I’m willing to print documents for the client if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by the NNA and I specialize in loan signings such as HELOC, Reverse Mortgage, Purchase, etc.
