- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a travel fee and it changes depending on location. Also, there is an after hour fee and holiday fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment which is convenient to the customer and we go over all items needed. We agree if the appointment is in person or via Internet. I’m also an online notary thru Docverify. And I use Taxes to Go for the convenience of my tax customers. You must have a valid driver License or ID at time of appointment.
