- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. Both of these organizations provide me with the opportunity to network with other personal injury lawyers and to attend monthly meetings that include continuing legal education that is approved by The State Bar of Texas.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I moved to a plaintiffs' practice because I wanted to represent individuals rather than corporations. I also appreciate the opportunity to work on a contingency basis, where my interests are totally aligned with my clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the cases handled by The Benton Law Firm involve motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death and premises liability cases. We also handle many other types of personal injury cases and occasionally represent individuals in commercial disputes.
