Bridgette is phenomenol. I was using her as my trainer for about 6 months and I look back at that time at pictures and my body from the inside out was changed. For the better. I was stronger physically and mentally. She made me believe that I could do anything. She was right.

I started training with Bridgette January 2010 because I wanted to tone up and trim down for an upcoming vacation. Bridgette taught me how to combine proper diet and exercise along with the proper form and technique in order to achieve my goals. I had only intended on working with her for a few months but ended up training with her for over 2 years. She is an excellent trainer and has become a good friend as well.

Bridgette served as my personal trainer for two years. She is very knowledgeable and personable. Also, Bridgette tailors her workouts to suit your individual needs, whether your needs are conditioning, muscle gain, weight loss, etc. I experienced great results.
