I offer fitness training for everyone. I offer individual and group fitness training. I also offer sports-specific training. Soccer, football, and golf players and other athletes are welcome. Boot camps and corporate wellness programs, as well as TRX training, kickboxing, and much more are available. I can come to office, home, or on-site gym. I also offer food delivery (low calorie meals) and nutrition supplement guidance. Clients love my passion and knowledge of fitness. I am certified and degreed and have been providing fitness training since 1994.

AMAZING. He really pushed my to my limit, and is an awesome motivator when you're struggling. Great knowledge on supplements and how the body works. I feel great every day i work out with him, and the days after! I improved my form significantly, both in technique as well as being strong enough to support my body.
