I’ve been training with Liz since June and I feel like never before. I have never ran before (I’m 40), Liz helped me with endurance and strength training and I’m currently able to run about 3 miles. I have also lost 10 pounds yay...Jan 10, 2021Liz&Fitness's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I currently have a 199$ deal you can “try out the trainer” make sure to ask! Included is 3 hourly sessions for one person with 1 nutrition consultation/assessment used as half a session. My individual sessions are now priced at 50-70$ for 60 minutes; the more sessions you do the cheaper the cost of the session! I also have several payment options that can fit your financial needs! Just ask! I charge 10$ extra for 25 miles or more; I’m a mobile personal trainer primarily. To recap I work with individuals (1 on 1) at 50-70$ a session, partner sessions (2 ppl) are 80-90$ and small groups (3 ppl) are priced at 100-120$ again depending on how many sessions you choose to do. All plans are paid up front!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The assessment comes first along with goal setting. Then during goal setting we knock out where and what you want in your training and nutrition in order to be successful! 2-3 sessions a week is recommended. Homework and meal and drink tracking on MyFitnessPal is included. I’m always available for questions and my tips, articles, and meal plans are sent often to you to your email or preferred form of contact.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from TWU with my BS in kinesiology and nutrition. I have worked at numerous physcial therapy places. I worked at lifetime as a triathlon coach. I have been doing my mobile personal training business since 2011. I worked as an assistant swim coach with Prestonwood Christian Academy for 2 years. I was a trainer/coach for Sgt. H20s Water Fitness class. I have several certs: NASM CPT, NASM CES, AFSA water aerobics, ASCA and USA swimming, NFPT, and much more!
