Introduction: I keep track of all of your results with detailed workout logs about your performance so that we are never repeating the same workout twice. You probably heard of the word "muscle confusion", well, in essence we are doing the same thing working out different parts of your body in different ways. Additionally your workout and goals are tailored to your needs. It is not a one size fits all like many boot camps or home work outs. It is personalized, and I keep you on track to your fitness goals. Let's be honest, being fit takes hard work and that's why I'm here so that you get your after picture faster. I love my clients! I have met some of the best people on the job, and to this day I miss some of my people. I love being their coach and believing in them, and I love who they are.

I have had several personal trainers and Mark is the best. Varied workouts. Never boring. Pushed me just enough. Loved the boxing to work out frustration. Always upbeat. Highly recommend!!

Mark has been my personal trainer for over two years. He has improved my balance and bone density issues. He listens and is very patient. I would not want another personal trainer to train me.

Coming from a person that did not believe in trainers, I have to say that Mark is one of the best trainers I have had. He is experienced and targeted the areas of concern. Even when I hurt myself while running a Marathon, he changed my routine and helped me stay in shape. I would definitely recommend Mark!
