I worked with Donnie through LGM Therapy and Wellness, who really helped me to bridge the gap from coming off an injury to being able to get back into exercising naturally again and training. I didn't think of myself as an athletic type, I just liked exercising, but after training with Donnie I now view myself as athletic and I have confidence when I exercise. He equipped me with a whole tool box of techniques: from what to do to rest and heal and stretch when my injury flares up so that I can calm it down and get back to working out, to familiarizing me with different types of equipment- some that are very affordable to use at home to help with tense muscles, to strengthening workouts, cardio workouts, posture, and form. He helped me realize and be aware of what my body does and how to be cognizant of it so when I work out and progress I can protect myself. I have not only healed from my injury but have grown stronger and progressed farther than I thought I could and reached new levels of fitness, strength and awareness. Donnie is incredibly knowledgeable, very observant, and has a cheerful helpful demeanor. I fully recommend working with Donnie to achieve your goals!

My back went out while play soccer making any movement painful. My mobility became very limited. Once Donnie worked on me, my pain decreased and I had gain much of my mobility back. During my session he explain what had happened, why it happened, and a comprehensive game plan on how to get me back onto the soccer field. He was patient taking time to ask questions and really understand my needs. If you want someone who is knowledgeable and focused on getting you back to normalcy, hes your guy!

Donnie has a wide breadth and depth of knowledge! He is incredibly observant and helpful. He is great at answering questions, breaking down and explaining information, and helping you reach your health goals. He has been a huge help for me being able to bridge from physical therapy to getting back into exercising, so much so that I now think of myself as athletic and enjoy being active immensely. He even does fitness training! He is very friendly, responds in a timely matter, and breaks things down into achievable goals to keep you moving forward with a positive mindset. I highly recommend LGM Physical Therapy and Wellness!
