FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every property is different and so I don't have a set pricing. I prefer to go to meet the owners in person and take a tour of their property to see what all I would have to deal with before quoting an exact price. I can say that our company does not charge anything while the property sits vacant.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Marketing/advertising properties, property showings, screening applicants, leasing, inspections, rent collections, repair and maintenance coordination, financial reporting/accounting all fall within the services that I provide for my property owner clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and attend meetings regularly to discuss new trends and developments in our industry as well to discuss how to handle certain problem scenarios that come up in our day to day activities with other property managers. I am also a licensed Texas Realtor and take classes periodically to keep my license current.
