Pricing is reasonable and varies per property needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to do a virtual consultation after a basic review of the job opportunity. If the parties agree to accept the job, we will complete submit and complete all necessary documents and set a date of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all been on both the owner and tenant side of housing. From this, we have built a network of contractors, groundskeepers, and cleaners. We aim to please and that is our guarantee.
