We've tried several management companies in the area before finding and staying with Kingdom Stays. They know exactly what they're doing each step of the way. Amazingly priced fee. The only thing I'll say is at some points they have a waiting line to onboard their property with their service because people keep requesting their service.

Just the right service at just the right time I think. We started up last year and right away our returns far outpaced those of our competitors in the area and fortunately, because they've put a lot of effort into their AI system, they're able to keep providing the same low fee. They're relatively small (at least when we first started) so they're able to provide the great support we need. Make sure sign up early and get a referral from anyone so you're not waiting in line to start up service. They keep turning away people because many want to sign up for their service. Also, they're only for short-term or mid-term rentals so you have to get the right security equipment and furnish your property. Other than that, better than anything else by far.

I'm just glad we found Kingdom Stays. As soon as they started servicing our properties, it changed drastically how much was coming in each month, our occupancy went way up, and the guest issues went way down the way they screened the guests. I was a bit skeptical of the pricing at first, but it turns out they have a really awesome system using AI that allows them to bring the price down. I'll never forget the moment we thought there was going to be a major isue at the home, but Kingdom Stays knew exactly how to handle it without any issues. Highly recommended!

Next Steps Before Service Begins: 1. Sign the service agreement and pay the first monthly fee. This includes paying extra for required security hardware or installation needed. 2. We need to be given ongoing, secure, and exclusive access to Airbnb and other listing owner accounts (username and password). Kingdom Stays will password-protect this account but you’re more than welcome to receive full visibility and access to the listing via an Airbnb cohosting account and our internal software access for direct reservations 3. Accommodation informational forms completed in full (~1 hour). Once-time onboarding service support add-on is available as an option. 4. Confirmation required security devices are installed and integrated with Kingdom Stay’s accounts
