Our pricing is fully transparent — no hidden fees. We offer free quotes and package discounts for multi-camera or multi-system installations. Pricing varies based on equipment quality and installation complexity, but we always work within your budget. Seniors, veterans, and small businesses can also receive special offers upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation — either on-site or virtual — to understand your needs, property layout, and goals. Then we design a custom plan, provide a clear written quote, and schedule installation at your convenience. Our technicians handle everything from wiring to setup and app configuration, and we finish with a full walkthrough to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) and have professional certifications in CCTV, alarm systems, low-voltage wiring, and access control. We’re trained to work with major brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, and Honeywell, ensuring every system we install is done safely, cleanly, and to code.
