- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically fall in the mid to higher range on pricing. Why? Well, we pay our professional officers well to ensure that our clients are getting the most for their money. And we utilize state-of-the-art software to manage each contract. Features of this software lick guard tracking and incident reporting are available for the client for peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we meet with the client in person or via phone/skype to determine their security needs. We develop a written plan, and pricing based on the client's budget. Once hired, we determine the types of reporting needed, specific tasks for the job, and much more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The CEO personally has over 20 years in high threat security, investigations, personal protection, camera and security systems, and security and safety training. He is former military, serving in the United States Navy. The CEO has personally consulted major corporations and governments on safety and security.
