Jani Solar Repair was GREAT! I have a 6 year old solar system which has had a couple minor issues over the years. Every time I tried to have it resolved by the original Solar installer. It was either exorbitantly expensive or they were so unresponsive, I just figured it out myself. So, some of my microinverters stopped reporting. If you don't know what that means, well, welcome to the world of solar techno babble! Not that it isn't fairly easy to figure out, but I just want "a guy" (or girl!) I can call, ya know? So tried thumbtack and lo and behold someone at Jani replies back to me on a Sunday evening no less! Recommended I check the breaker box next to the Enphase Envoy gateway (more babble, but fairly simple). Sure enough once I opened up the bix, I could see one of the breakers had tripped! Reset the breaker and bingo!, my microinverters started reporting again. Issue resolved! Anyway, good customer service is hard to find these days. Jani Solar Repair has at least one person dedicated enough to reply with excellent advice on a Sunday night and they didn't charge me a penny! Finding someone that cares about their job and people Just outstanding!
