- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is rarely the cheapest and never highest, but I'm intelligent, punctual, communicative, and great at what I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet face to face and review the job. Discuss ideas the customer has in mind and provide options, including samples on hand. If possible, offer the bid on the spot. if not, discuss the budget and timeline and put together a line item quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years experience doing construction and tile as an employee as well as running my own business.
