- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FREE - 1 Hour No Obligation Consultation. A small one-time Case Evaluation fee is required and once we agree on a resolution strategy, I give you the total cost of my service. Services are billed on a flat-fee basis so there are no billable hours or surprises. For financially distressed individuals, I offer a Taxpayer Assistance Program for one (1) qualifying client per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is a FREE Initial 1-Hour Consultation. A Case Evaluation and Review is the next step. I then provide you with a Case Analysis Report and present my proposed resolution strategy, expected outcome as well as timeline for completion. The final step is we discuss the fee for my services based on the agreed strategy.
