Hired for tree trimming due to dead limbs, over house, etc. I got two estimates and there's was the best to start. The other company started higher and quickly lowered price once they knew I was getting multiple estimates. OG provided great communications and arrived as scheduled. More importantly they did a great job and hauled away the branches.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically for estimates it is ideal for us to view the tree in person for a proper estimate and to make sure the job is done safely by looking at the things surrounding the tree. Estimates in person are free!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It would be awesome to leave a message on how tall the tree is and sending pictures is a plus.
