We had 5 trees that needed trimming with one of them in pretty bad shape. Not only did they give me the best quote of all the three contractors I had called for an estimate, they also did a magnificent job and cleaned up my river birch tree that had begun rotting in several places because of other parasitic plants that had to be removed. Overall, I am very happy. They only had a 2 person crew for my job and were quick. They were punctual, polite and professional. I would hire them again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically for estimates it is ideal for us to view the tree in person for a proper estimate and to make sure the job is done safely by looking at the things surrounding the tree. Estimates in person are free!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It would be awesome to leave a message on how tall the tree is and sending pictures is a plus.
