I personally do not like to give bad reviews to small businesses but scarlet rose is the worst experience I have had this year.I had an interview that was very important to my fashion career, after looking at different studio, i made the worst mistake of my life by deciding to book with scarlett rose.At the last minute I received a text message that no body will be at the studio to open up, this is when all my production team where already waiting at the entrance of the building.I was so disappointed so I called numerous times before I got Kevin to answer the phone. Kevin was so rude and unprofessional, he was very inconsiderate. He said my booking was canceled because of non payment which is not true. I sent him a screenshot of the payment deduction from my bank account. Even after seeing that my payment went through he was very unprofessional with the way he handled the situation.I asked for a refund and up till now, I still have not received a refund. Do not book with scarlett Rose, they do not know how to run a professional business.

We are sorry you had a bad experience with us. In regards to your booking we did reach out to you multiple times to confirm payment and did not receive a response back from you. On the day before your potential booking date we reached out again via text message and discovered that you had blocked our number. Your booking was canceled because we did not receive your payment in a timely manner and our communications were blocked. When you called Kevin the day of he informed you that the booking was not reserved because it had not been paid for in a timely manner. This occurred several hours before the time you had requested, no one was waiting at the door as you stated in your review. Prior to your review we had already issued a refund on the payment you ultimately made, it may take a few days to process.

I had a wonderful experience at this studio. The staff was friendly and attentive. I had a small family session at this studio and we had a great time. I absolutely love the huge window that brings in so much natural light and the exposed brick on one wall make this place so beautiful. Overall a wonderful experience.

The studio was in perfect condition. Edy and Eli were very kind and thoughtful with the process from the start to finish. Will definitely be booking the studio for future sessions!
