FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing provided is a flat fee provided per project and includes one photographer for the designated number of hours in the quote, a online gallery to receive/download the images within a week of the shoot, and a print release provided via email to the main point of contact for the shoot. Additionally, if you are interested in pricing for prints, wall art (canvas or my personal favorite, metal prints), I can provide pricing for that as well before or after the shoot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After providing the quote and you select me to shoot your event, I'll contact you via email to complete a short survey to help me understand you and your shoot better so that I can prepare, as well as schedule a phone call for us to touch base on final details. If you book me for an hour, you get photography for a full hour. I'll be prepared to start shooting as soon as you arrive and will stay to complete the job for as long as required. I've shot commercially for more than 20 years and I know how to act like a professional on the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in broadcasting and electronic media, with numerous training courses in photography, video production, lighting, and still, motion, and audio post-production.
