FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lots of variables are factored into pricing. For example, are you looking for a collaborator or just a hired gun? Is it a one time gig or ongoing work? Do you only need B-Roll or are you looking for high quality audio as well? Will you need a professional edit? These are all things that affect pricing. When I provide a quote I try to have all the relevant project information so I can give you an accurate quote for my services and we're both on the same page!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we begin with a call where I learn a little bit about your project. If it's a good fit we can move forward with a Scope of Work Agreement and scheduling. Depending on the complexity of your project, the Scope of Work can be multi-faceted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Studio Art and Psychology from Wake Forest University (Go Deacs!) and I've spent the last 12 years working in television & broadcast and corporate video production. I've traveled all over the world shooting video and photo for all types of clients. I encourage you to look at some of my featured projects and Instagram to see if you like my style of work!
