I got onto thumbtack to do my research, I found a thumbtack pro & sent over a request. Scott came knew what the problem was right away after I explained to him what happened. I got the estimate from the office on the repair and approved it Scott got right on it & immediately fixed the issue not I can water of my flowers & etc., I appreciate this company for valuing my time, quality of work & affordability

From the moment I called, they were responsive, professional, and courteous. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. Water heater was leaking water and it filled the pan. Plumbernumber 1 came and checked the heater then told me to replace XYZ is $1100 or the whole thing for a few thousands more since my heater is ‘ older’. I was like I guess I will never see you again. Plumber from Stellar came, tightened the pipe , sponged out all the water and told me all done and bye. I was like, nothing needs to be replaced?! He said , no. Just an installation error and I have fixed it. Guess who I would use next time i need someone.
