Efren is a great professional to work with and is honest. We hired him to install a reverse osmosis system, which he quickly accomplished. However, the RO system I purchased from Amazon came with a leaky faucet. I considered my options and checked local stores for a replacement, but all were too expensive. I sent a text message to Efren for a quote, and he was able to deliver. He returned the same day and installed a new faucet for the same price it would have cost to buy one at a local store. He also sells and installs water softeners and whole-house filtration systems. His prices are very competitive, and I suggest contacting him first. Before Efren visited my house, a salesman came and offered a whole-house water filtration system at three times the price. I will definitely work with Efren again in the future. He offers a service to annually replace water filters at your home! It is nice to find someone who is dependable and skilled.

I found H2O Aqua pro the best choice in choosing someone to service my system. There knowledge about our system and the other systems that were available was impressive. Being a Contractor myself, I know when someone has done a good job and they did an excellent job. In servicing my system, they saved me at least $350 just to service our whole house and Under Sink units. I will no longer call Rain soft to service my system. They will be my permanent service Company annually. W King

Awesome pro, he did explained me each step what he touched on the system and the logical reason why we do that and what would happen if that preventive mechanism is not taken care off, he did tested the reported problem couple of times in different scenario before he conclude the work, would recommend to hire him!!

We recently had a whole-home water filtration system installed at our house in Prosper, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by Efren. From the very first consultation, Efren stood out from other professionals we contacted. He didn't rush us or push a particular product; instead, he invested significant time asking detailed questions to genuinely understand our water quality concerns and what we ultimately wanted to achieve with a new system. Efren's approach was truly consultative. He patiently walked us through various system options, explaining the pros, cons, and expected outcomes for each in relation to our specific needs.
