The initial meeting with Cloud 9 Marketing Corp was very educational. I had a second appointment with their consultant Rafael and to say the least he was very forward and direct with what to expect and what not to expect. I took a few other calls to see what else others might offer and all were overpriced and sounded too good to be true. Yes, I want my business to gain exposure quickly and SEO to work immediately. It was just a bit odd that the conversation with Cloud 9 and the other marketing companies were like night and day. After going over company portfolios of all those who submitted and calling some references, I decided to go with Cloud 9. Immediately, you can feel the organization and the impact. Through this experience, we now understand that SEO and SMM takes work, consistency and a dedicated team and that results do not happen overnight. Cloud 9 is small business for small business and they come highly recommended.

I have been in business for ten years since I finished business school. Just his energy alone being on your team will have your business soaring in the right direction with in 24-48 hrs. First he not only got rid of a terrible false review on Google he gave my entire business a face lift! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with all businesses in regards to their price point. We do our best to give our clients what they are asking and highly considering what they are comfortable on spending. It needs to make sense for both parties of course, but we do our best to accommodate. Client referrals is the best way to say thank you to us!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A discovery meeting is scheduled to better know the business and create an action plan. This is necessary regardless of the project, whether it be website design, graphic design, seo or social media management.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a business we have been around since August of 2017 and have completed numerous projects in all levels of marketing. We have amazing reviews in Google, Facebook, Thumbtack and Bark. For the most part we have done very well in making sure our clients get the service they requested.
