Nick delivered on what he promised and was good to follow up. He wasn’t pushy to try and sell me something I didn’t need or want. Concepts were delivered in timely manner and he really tried to listen and accommodate my vision.

I came to Just 99 Web Design because I had been dealing with another web design company prior to them for a month, with absolutely terrible results. He ASSURED me he could help me within my time constraints and that I would be in good hands and he DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Nick was very understanding, knowledgeable, capable, patient and EXTREMELY accommodating when it came to creating, editing and servicing my beautiful eCommerce website for my book, Taylored Moment. The customer service he provided to me was exceptional! Nick went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my website and that everything was working as it should be. Nick stayed on the phone with me for ALMOST 2/HOURS as he patiently listened to my expectations on what I wanted the website to look like and making the necessary changes in REAL TIME as we were speaking and bouncing ideas off of each other. I now feel confident that when my customers go to my website to purchase my book, Taylored Moment, they'll see a secure, professional site that is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and easy to navigate THANK YOU, NICK! When I talked with Nick Webb on the phone, they had a pretty good idea what I wanted. Now that I got the 3 concepts I had a hard time deciding. So I put it up to a vote on Facebook and let the public take a vote... all 3 ran neck to neck and I finally had to make a decision. It was difficult since they were all great. I will and have already, refer Nick to anyone that need work done.
