- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are 3 main packages and numerous add ons that can be applied if not already included in chose package. All travel is included up too 30 miles afterward a small fee may apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone, Email introduction, Explain Pricing and packages, confirm date/time availability, go over contract, discuss deposit and discounts if any, create a script specific to customers love story, discuss written or recited vow exchange, send script to customer if needed for review and confirmation, attend rehearsal if included in package and get ready for the big day! I pride myself on being available to the customer as much as I can to answer any questions along the way!
