- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into my line of work because so many people were having problems with their Xbox's. I was taught how to fix the RROD error when I was 14 and went from there. Eventually people asked if I knew how to fix DVD trays, e74 errors ect ect. I was then asked if I knew how to Jtag and eventually learned how to.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for experience in the field the potential technician has, the good and bad. Ask about where or who he acquired the skills that are required for the task.
