If anyone needs someone that is extremely smart, knows everything about computers, This is your man!! I had been without my computer since September 14, 2020; I had also spent a lot of money on others trying to get it fixed. This very respectful man with Distinctive Concept Solutions, LLC came in to my home - so nice, kind, considerate, gentlemen. He knew some about my situation, for I had spoken to him over the phone. He could hear my frustration and pain. He made sure he would be to my place that day and he was. This statement is so important to me: HE LISTENED TO ME AND DID NOT INTERRUPT. Paid very close attention, and then he spoke. Gave me his thoughts, and then dove in and got to work. I am so grateful. I was so far behind. He started right way. And I was up and running in no time. Up above they ask you to choose 3 items to describe your experience. I could name off a 100 and it still would not be enough. He knows exactly what he is doing. When he speaks - and tells you what is wrong and what needs to be done, you can take it to the bank. In other words, he will never lie to you or take advantage of anyone. This is his passion and his career, not just a job from 8 - 5..
