FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of work, material type (wood, concrete, steel, etc.), access to the area, labor time, and haul-off/disposal needs. We provide clear estimates up front and explain exactly what is included through formal email. If hidden conditions are discovered (like deeper concrete or heavy rebar), we communicate it immediately and get approval before any added work. We may offer discounts for bundled services, repeat customers, or multi-project jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple, clear, and built to make the job smooth from start to finish: 1) Project Details & Photos Start by reviewing your project details and photos (or a quick on-site visit if needed) to understand the scope, access, and haul-off needs. 2) Clear Quote Provide a straightforward quote with what’s included, plus any important exclusions or assumptions so there are no surprises. 3) Scheduling Once approved, we lock in a job date and I confirm arrival timing, site access, and any prep needed before work starts (utilities disconnected, area cleared, etc.). 3) Professional Demolition & Haul-Off Complete the work with a focus on safety, property protection, organized workflow, and efficient debris removal. 4) Cleanup & Final Walk-through Finish with a thorough cleanup and make sure the scope is completed as agreed. Goal is to keep communication clear, show up ready, and leave the site clean so you can move on to the next phase of your project with confidence.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with homeowners, property managers, landlords, real estate investors, and small commercial clients who need reliable demolition and haul-off work done safely and professionally. Most of my projects are for customers who want: Clear communication On-time scheduling Careful property protection Clean, organized demolition Full debris haul-off and cleanup I’m a strong fit for clients who want the job done right the first time—especially for concrete removal, patios, driveways, footings, sheds, decks, fences, and exterior tear-outs.
