- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, my pricing is simple and to the point. I like to keep a close relationship with the clients so we both can have an understanding of what we both want. With weddings we do like to offer a package deal that includes: Ceremony, Reception, MC, Lights, and Fog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer I like to be available to answer any questions that they might have. I want them to feel as comfortable as possible with me and my services. I am always open to calls, text, and email.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back in 2000, I was working at Charlie's Pier 121 in Lewisville. There was this DJ named Mouth From The South who was DJ'ing on the patio. He was really good and had the crowd moving. I knew one day I would be doing the same thing.
