- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We go to various training classes through out the year. I attend classes for my Insurance Adjusters License as well. We stay up to date with the latest and greatest in our industry so we can keep our customers informed on what is best for their homes and businesses. Roofing has changed a lot since I started at 17 years old. 32 years and our materials are a lot better. The mentality is the same I'm sad to say! Most companies want to grab your money and get gone. We know our customers have to live with our work for years to come. That's why we do the best we can from the start. We never want a customer to regret hiring us!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Texas Roof and Fence was started with one thing in mind, to take care of the customer with the highest quality of customer service and satisfaction in the construction, roofing and fencing industries. We hear about others that claim to be, "just like Texas Roof and Fence". Well friends, we are Texas Roof and Fence and we can't be duplicated. We take take pride in calling our customers friends and will go the "extra mile" for them. There are many references on our website. - What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish my customers knew how many so called roofers there are around our town! All they want is your cash and they will deliver substandard materials and quality if they deliver anything at all! A home is everyone's biggest investment! Why some home owners will just let anyone on their roof is beyond me. You better know your business if you ring my door bell and you better have a proven track record. So many storm chasers around this year that we will be busy for another year fixing their poor workmanship! Visit our website if you want quality!
