Took my deposit that he never told me was non-refundable in the event I needed to cancel. I order 7 tables. Because I had things change, I asked to only build 2. He tried to tack on an additional $1500 on top of the $1200 I already gave him and that he already quoted me the tables for $600 each. Even on my invoice it doesn’t have non refundable. In our messages it’s nothing about being nonrefundable. Told me he already bought materials and started building. I asked for proof and it’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t have pictures of the proof of build. Refuses to send my deposit back. Don’t reply to messages trying to resolve the issue.

***DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE***THEY ARE SUPER NICE AND SEEM SO LEGITAMATE! Vic pressured me into giving him a deposit on his 1st visit when out to give me an estimate for my driveway project. I wind up using another contractor that was already doing our street repairs. I am not getting any response from him now that I'm asking for a refund on my deposit.
