Wasn't any help what so ever. Just a smart ass answer

Robert B. from Second Chance Phones replied to this review on November 8, 2012:

I just needed to respond. I got this message, "It is a 1st gen I phone, the very 1st one." My response was, "Sorry, I do not work on those anymore."

All I did was answer the question.

Question and answer

Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?

A. I originally started working on iPhones because I had the original iPhone 2G and of course broke it! While looking around to see who could fix it the idea hit me...why don't I learn how to fix it!

Q. What types of customers have you worked with?

A. The most common request for service is fixing a broken screen. We all love our iPhones, but the screen is made out of glass and when they are dropped they do break.

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. When looking for someone to work on your iPhone make sure that they use OEM (original) parts. This is very important!
