About this pro

How does your service stand out?

Second Chance Phones stands out because we have been working on iPhones for years and we only use top of the line AAA parts.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I like meeting people and making people happy. I see busted iPhones every day and when I make them look as good as new it makes me smile just to see their reaction.

I just needed to respond. I got this message, "It is a 1st gen I phone, the very 1st one." My response was, "Sorry, I do not work on those anymore." All I did was answer the question.

Q&A

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally started working on iPhones because I had the original iPhone 2G and of course broke it! While looking around to see who could fix it the idea hit me...why don't I learn how to fix it!
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common request for service is fixing a broken screen. We all love our iPhones, but the screen is made out of glass and when they are dropped they do break.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for someone to work on your iPhone make sure that they use OEM (original) parts. This is very important!
